Job summary:

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Mass Recruitment) to join our HR team. This role covers the full recruitment cycle and supports our expanding workforce needs. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of technicians, operators and site-based roles across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment — job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination.
  • Source and attract candidates for blue-collar and technical roles.
  • Engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screening to ensure suitability and job fit.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications:

  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with job boards & filed channels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Min 3 years of experience in recruitment in mass recruitment.
  • Detail-oriented, energetic, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • High maturity. And can work independently.
