Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior management and department heads to provide strategic HR guidance aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on organization structure, workforce planning, and talent management.
  • Support leaders in performance management, goal setting, and performance improvement processes.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead and implement HR initiatives related to engagement, culture, and retention.
  • Oversee talent lifecycle activities including onboarding, career development, and succession planning.
  • Support change management initiatives such as restructuring, role changes, and organizational transformation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal governance standards.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to management.
  • Collaborate closely with Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits teams.
  • Coach managers on leadership, people management, and employee communication.
  • Serve as a bridge between employees and management, maintaining trust and professionalism.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in an HR Business Partner or managerial role.
  • Experience in advertising, media, creative, or fast-paced service-based industries is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience advising senior leaders and managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Experience supporting organizational change and business transformation.
