Human Resource Manager

Key Accountabilities
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, and provide strategic HR solutions that drive business performance and employee engagement.
- Organizational Training and Development: Collaborate with Learning and Development teams to identify training needs to enhance organizational effectiveness, develop training programs, promote continuous learning, employee development, team dynamics, and support change management initiatives.
- Performance Management: Assist in designing and implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Talent Management: Partner with managers to identify current and future talent needs, develop workforce plans, and implement talent acquisition, recruitment practices, and retention strategies.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, enhance employee engagement, and foster a positive workplace culture performance improvement plans.
- Compensation and Benefits: Assist in reviewing and analyzing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business goals.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Develop and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Data Analysis: Use HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR programs and processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience 5-8 years as HR Manager, HR Business Partner Manager, Strategic HR Partnership Manager in manufacturing or factory field more than 1,000 headcounts.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, training, PMS, HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
