Job Purpose:

To provide comprehensive support in human resources and administration functions for construction projects and head office operations. This role ensures smooth workforce management, compliance with labor laws, and effective administrative support for project sites.


Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes for project/site staff.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, visa & work permit requirements for foreign employees.
  • Coordinate training, performance evaluations, and welfare programs.
  • Support payroll preparation by compiling attendance, overtime, and leave records.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.

Administration

  • Manage office and site administration, including supplies, facilities, and company assets.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, letters, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate with government agencies, clients, and subcontractors for administrative matters.
  • Handle staff travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for project sites.
  • Ensure proper filing systems and maintain confidentiality of HR & administrative records.
  • Support management in day-to-day administrative operations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in HR & administration, preferably in construction or project-based companies.
  • Good knowledge of Thai labor laws, social security, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); HRIS experience is an advantage.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
