The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for focusing on building strong employee relations, ensuring compliance with Thai labor laws, and managing visa and work permit processes for foreign employees. The ideal candidate is a mature, positive, and people-oriented professional who can listen, analyze, and drive workplace improvements to help the company grow sustainably.Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining accurate personnel and legal documentation, coordinating with government offices, and implementing HR policies that promote fairness, teamwork, and continuous development.The HR Officer will also act as a bridge between employees and management, helping to create a harmonious and productive work environment aligned with the company's values of comfort, safety, and quality.Qualifications-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field-Experience in HR role 5-10 years would be advantages (Ages 40+)-Manage visa, work permit, passport and employment documentation foreigner workers.-Coordinate with government offices such as the Department of Employment, Immigration, and Labor Office.-Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, foreign worker regulations, and company standards.-Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.-Positive attitude, good listener, and proactive in problem-solving.-Proficiency in handling sensitive and confidential information-Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to the location-Can drive personal car to workBenefits-Meal allowance-Position allowance-Skill allowance (for additional or special skills)-Public holidays and annual leave according to Thai labor law-Annual health check-up-Company uniform provided-Annual company party-Annual bonus (Base on company performance)-After passing the probation period, employees may choose one Saturday off per month-Clean and pleasant working environment with a kitchen and facilities for office staff-Parking car providedPlease apply by sending email>
