As a Program Manager, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As a Program Manager, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You will plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive manufacturing operational readiness at supplier factories, leveraging partner resources for ongoing efficiency and improvement from ramp-up to end-of-line.
  • Anticipate production and operational risks, coordinate and mitigate issues with OEMs and CMs for line qualification, material readiness, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure accurate forecast and purchase order (PO) flow from CMs to suppliers and confirm production output meets demand and shipment targets.
  • Conduct weekly onsite reviews (45 days per week) at supplier facilities to monitor performance, resolve issues, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for onsite supplier issues; escalate unresolved matters to appropriate internal teams (Quality, Commercial, Material Planning, etc.).
  • Support volume ramp-up and serial production phases, driving continuous improvement across quality, yield, and throughput metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare for production ramp and communicate changes in demand or operational plans effectively.
  • Lead meetings to communicate plans with cross-functional operations and demand planning. Adapt plans based on changing customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, supplier or program management, ideally within EMS or electronics product environments.
  • Experience in the consumer technology or high-volume electronics sector, with direct engagement with OEMs and third-party suppliers.
  • Proven success managing ramp-up and mass-production programs in dynamic manufacturing settings.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and analytical skills, with a proactive, hands-on approach to resolving factory-level challenges.
  • Expertise in supplier performance management, production scheduling, and demand fulfillment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional and global teams.
  • Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
  • Willing to work onsite 45 days per week at supplier locations and travel as required.
