Key Responsibilities:
1. International Client Acquisition Strategy
Develop and implement a comprehensive client acquisition strategy for international markets, aligned with the company's international goals.
Identify priority regions/countries and market segments, assessing their strategic potential.
Establish acquisition targets and KPIs to drive performance in key territories.
Prospecting and Market Expansion
Identify and target new client opportunities across international wholesale and corporate segments.
Build relationships with key decision-makers within prospective companies through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach.
Leverage industry contacts and conduct market research to expand the pipeline in regions with high growth potential
Sales Process Management
Lead the international sales process from initial engagement to contract negotiation and client onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new clients
Customize proposals and presentations to address diverse client needs and cultural expectations.
- Negotiate contracts with a focus on securing long-term partnerships that align with company objectives and regional compliance standards
Cross-Cultural Relationship Building
Provide consistent follow-ups, support, and communication to maintain positive relationships and increase conversion rates.

Market Insights and Competitive Intelligence
Stay updated on international market trends, regional competitor activity, and regulatory changes impacting client acquisition strategies
Gather and analyze data from various markets to identify opportunities for expansion or areas needing strategy adjustments.
Share insights with internal teams to help adapt product offerings and marketing strategies for global audiences.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
Track acquisition metrics, monitor sales pipeline progress, and report on international client acquisition performance.
Provide data-driven insights to management team, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in fashion, consumer goods, or lifestyle brands is an advantage
