Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, both existing and new accounts.
- Identify clients' needs and propose suitable IT solutions, including Network, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Software, Hardware, and Managed Services.
- Plan and manage project-based sales to achieve assigned targets.
- Coordinate closely with Presales, Engineers, Project Managers, Vendors, and Distributors to develop solutions, quotations, and proposals according to TOR/requirements.
- Conduct solution presentations, proposal pitching, and price negotiations with clients.
- Monitor and follow up on project progress, delivery, and customer payments.
- Analyze customer data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare sales reports, including sales pipelines, forecasts, and activity updates for management.
Participate in product training, workshops, or updates provided by vendors.
Job Scope
- Responsible for project-based IT solution selling.
- Involves working with TOR, BOQ, bidding/quotation processes, and proposal preparation.
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Close collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders (Presales, PM, Engineers, Vendors, Finance).
Compensation
- Base salary + Transportation Allowance.
- Sales Commission.
