About the Role:

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team. This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the company's financial operations.

  • Working Day: MON - FRI
  • Location: Cosmo Office Park
  • Base Salary: 30, ,000 THB + commission +Car allowance + Phone allowance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identifying potential clients and developing sales leads.
  • Serve as a leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Establish customer rapport with products and services.
  • Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with both existing and new clients.
  • Solution Development: Providing tailored Precision Aircon solutions that meet client specifications and requirements.
  • Needs Assessment: Understanding the specific Precision Aircon needs of clients and their budgets, especially in relation to government standards and tender bidding.
  • Sales Proposals: Preparing and delivering accurate sales proposals including pricing, specifications, and timelines.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating and closing sales deals.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams like engineering and installation to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Product Demonstrations and Presentations: Effectively communicating the benefits and features of precision air conditioning systems.
  • Educating prospective customers on the superior quality products/services.
  • Continually call on assigned accounts by company policy and procedure.
  • Maintain customer information and manage your own book of business.
  • Staying Current: Keeping up with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering or a related field.
  • At least 1 years of experience in sales engineer.
  • Able to use in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Good knowledge in Electrical / HVAC / Refrigeration / Precision will be plus.
