About the role

Tharmotek (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. is seeking a skilled Quality System Engineer to join our team in Samut Prakan. As a Quality System Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high standards and quality of our manufacturing processes and products. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our growing company.

What you'll be doing

1.    Establish, maintain, and continuously improve ISO 9001, IATF TS 16949), and other quality management systems during the operational phase of overseas Tier-2 projects.

Drive and promote enterprise-wide standardization initiatives.

Lead tri-party audits, track non-conformities, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

Promote internal process improvements and support relevant departments in establishing and optimizing internal processes.

Review and evaluate quality-related requirements and clauses in customer agreements.

What we're looking for

  1. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, quality management or a related discipline
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  3. Strong understanding of quality management principles, tools and techniques
  4. Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving skills
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  6. Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to quality assurance
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
