Vice President of Engineering

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Vice President of Engineering to lead and oversee all engineering functions across design, cost estimation, and project execution. The role involves managing a multidisciplinary engineering team covering Kitting Box (a supply chain management system for leading Thai contractors and real estate developers), BIM, Solar, and Modular House projects, including Electrical Engineering and project supervision.

This position requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership, and strategic planning to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineering teams across multiple business lines: Kitting Box, BIM, Solar, and Modular House.
• Supervise design and cost estimation processes to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and competitiveness.
• Review and approve design drawings, technical documents, and project cost structures.
• Oversee electrical engineering design and site supervision to ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project management, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for engineering process improvement, cost optimization, and technology integration (e.g., BIM, modular design, renewable systems).
• Mentor and develop engineers to enhance overall team capability and performance.
• Report directly to top management and support in strategic technical decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong background in design and cost estimation for electrical, modular, or renewable energy projects.
• Experience in project supervision, especially in electrical or modular construction.
• Understanding of BIM systems, AutoCAD, and other relevant design tools.
• At least 10 years of engineering experience, including 5 years in a management or leadership role.
• Professional Engineering License (ใบ กว..) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align engineering performance with company goals.
