Quality Control Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Receive and follow up on customer complaints (OE) related to quality issues found during audits or production. Provide timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and coordinate responses to customers.
  • Summarize inspection results and report quality issues to relevant departments for action and improvement.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding quality issues, ensuring testing methods and quality standards are met. Collect and analyze quality data from production lines for continuous improvement.
  • Collect and manage data for quality analysis, root cause investigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and control the implementation of quality improvement plans, ensuring long-term preventive solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct internal quality audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions to ensure system compliance and improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental management systems (e.g., ISO/TS 16949, ISO
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in quality control, quality assurance, or related roles in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Knowledge Requirement :

  • Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 5Why, Fishbone Diagram, QCC, FMEA).
  • Familiarity with international quality standards such as ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001.
  • Good English Reading, Writing and Speaking Skills.
