We Are Hiring 2 Positions: 1. Quality Control (QC) Engineer / 2. Production Engineer

Location: Bangpoo, Samut Prakan

We are looking for 2 talented engineers to join our automotive manufacturing team. Candidates with strong experience in automotive or electronics manufacturing are highly encouraged to apply.

1. Quality Control (QC) Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect electrical and mechanical systems during in-process and final checks.
  • Analyze defects and prepare CAPA reports to improve product quality.
  • Develop and execute test procedures for electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
  • Coordinate with Production Engineering and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
  • Prepare QC documents, calibration records, and support ISO 9001 audits.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive or electronics manufacturing.
  • Experience with 2D/3D drawings; SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or EPLAN preferred.
  • Good command of English (TOEIC required).
  • Able to attend 30-day training in China.

2. Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and plan production processes, including BOM preparation and resource planning.
  • Coordinate with HQ engineering teams to review drawings and technical data.
  • Train and support production operators on assembly processes and procedures.
  • Improve production efficiency through process optimization and root cause analysis.
  • Prepare production reports, monitor KPIs, and manage engineering/tooling changes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive or electronics manufacturing.
  • Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Siemens NX.
  • Good command of English (TOEIC required).
  • Able to attend 30-day training in China.
