Job Description:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements including the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
  • Ensure tax compliance and stay updated with relevant tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS regulations.
  • Identify and implement improvements to accounting systems and processes, including both general systems and costing methods.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations.
  • Supervise and review all accounting functions to ensure smooth and accurate operations.
  • Lead and supervise the BOI and Accounting teams to ensure efficient and accurate operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting is advantageous.
  • At least 5 years experience in Accounting (Assistant manager or manager level)
  • Experience in Automotive factory accounting.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, and financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and support informed decision-making.
  • Solid knowledge of Professional Accounting Principles, Tax Regulations, and Financial Reporting Standards (GAAP, IFRS).
  • Proficiency in accounting software, including ERP or MRP systems.
  • Good command of English (both spoken and written); Japanese language skill is a plus.
  • Good computer skill (Word, Excel, Power Point ,Outlook)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • CPD license holder
  • Must have experience managing a team of at least 3 people.
