You will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, preparing business documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring smooth communication between departments and headquarters. Additionally, you will lead initiatives on platforms like Alibaba and other B2B marketplaces, helping to expand our online presence and drive sales.

Executive Assistant
  • CEO calendar, travel and meeting management
  • Handling confidential information
  • Preparing business documents (contracts, proposals, reports)
  • Coordinating internal and external events
Sales Support
  • Preparing quotations and following up with clients
  • Coordinating with internal and external teams
  • Supporting import/export documentation
Digital Marketplace & Social Media Management
  • Developing campaigns on platforms like Alibaba
  • Optimising social media presence
  • Conducting market research and identifying digital opportunities
Required Profile
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (mandatory)
  • Strong organisational skills, proactive and discreet
  • Proficient in AI and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
