The Assistant Sales Manager plays a critical role as a primary driver of sales growth and distributor management, working in close collaboration with the Country Manager. Serving as one of Bray's key representatives in the market, this role is instrumental in building strong relationships with customers and distributors while ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies.

With a focus on the sugar, pulp & paper, water, and chemical industries, the Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for achieving revenue and order booking targets, retaining existing customers through tailored solutions, and expanding market presence by identifying and developing new opportunities. The position also manages and supports distributors, oversees the full sales process from initial engagement to purchase order, and coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Work closely with Thailand's Country Manager to implement and execute sales strategies in accordance with the strategic direction established within the country.
  • Drive sales of Bray products in Thailand, with a primary focus on the sugar, pulp & paper, water, and chemical industries.
  • Achieve or exceed order bookings and sales revenue targets in line with established goals.
  • Retain existing customers by providing tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Identify and develop new customers through marketing initiatives, competitor analysis, and business development strategies within the assigned region.
  • Manage and support distributors to increase Bray's order bookings.
  • Engage and follow up with prospective clients to successfully close deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Oversee and manage the entire sales process, from initial engagement to receipt of purchase orders and completion of delivery.
