  • Oversee and monitor retail performance across all brands in Thailand to achieve sales targets in Travel Retail business.
  • Drive retail sales and recommend actions for continuous growth and improvement.
  • Partner with the client to identify and pursue growth opportunities for all brands.
  • Manage sales and expense budgets in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, brand ranking, and market share; report insights to SEA ASOD and CAM/CAE.
  • Implement new program launches and marketing campaigns on time, ensuring alignment with strategy and market needs.
  • Enforce merchandising guidelines and maintain brand image standards at all retail points.
  • Negotiate product selection, ensure correct product mix, and coordinate orders and shipments with stakeholders.
  • Hire, motivate, and manage sales teams, field staff, and beauty advisors through incentives and training programs.
  • Work with Education Managers to ensure staff are updated on product knowledge and service techniques.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
  • 8+ years in retail sales & operations, with significant leadership in Travel Retail or similar
  • Experience in cosmetic business with make-up skill is advantage
  • Proven track record in managing multiple brands
  • Self-motivated, strategic, result oriented, dynamic, initiative with good analytical skill
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Excellent command of English with strong computer literacy
  • Willingness to travel
