Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid position Senior Sales role located in Bangkok. The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Tasks include creating and implementing sales strategies, guiding the sales team, providing customer service, conducting sales training, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business goals. The role requires effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including developing strategies and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with Training and mentoring sales teams to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with the hospitality or food service industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
