The role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this Chinese Coordinator role is a crucial position within Hlingyu Thailand Limited, responsible for facilitating seamless communication and coordination between the company's Thai and Chinese operations. As a key liaison, you will play a vital part in supporting the company's growth and expansion strategy.

What you'll be doing

  1. Serving as the primary point of contact between the Thai and Chinese teams, translating and interpreting communications to ensure mutual understanding
  2. Coordinating the exchange of documents, reports and other information between the two offices
  3. Providing administrative support, such as scheduling meetings and managing travel arrangements, to foster collaboration
  4. Assisting with the onboarding and training of new Chinese staff members
  5. Identifying opportunities to improve processes and streamline operations between the Thai and Chinese divisions
  6. Maintaining accurate records and databases to track project status and communication

What we're looking for

  1. Fluency in both Thai and Mandarin Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
  2. At least 1 years of experience in a similar coordinator or administrative role, preferably in a cross-cultural business environment
  3. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other productivity tools
  5. A collaborative mindset and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  6. Problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented approach
