【Job Responsibility】

1. NPI project introduction management in Factory side

  1. Issue PR notice  and coordinate readiness review(4M1E) with project team for on time delivery
  2. New project BOI  application and follow up with sourcing team on vendor information set up
  3. RD consign parts handling including  part shipment monitor and customs paper work preparation as well as WH receiving process handling.
  4. Lead project review meeting , including PR pre-review meeting and close meeting
  5. PR issue follow up with project team in factory side
  6. Project gate review and  MBOM process coordination

2. Extending model set up ,  apply new part number for BOM set up and lead CR for customer approval

  1. ECN management , lead CR for the EC requirement from costumer and follow up approval from customer. Issue internal ECR process and manage EC part inventory and cost impact.
  2. 2ND source validation/implementation schedule management
  3. Production issue improvement coordination to achieve FYR requirement
  4. ORT plan and execution coordination
  5. Tooling replacement management ( new tool quotation and CR for customer approval )
  6. Lead weekly review meeting with customer and internal team

【Job Qualification】

  1. Language requirements: English (proficient, able to communicate without barriers); Chinese (fluent communication in Chinese); English-Chinese-Thai candidates are highly preferred.
  2. Work experience: At least 2 years of PM (Project Management) experience is preferred.
  3. Professional qualities: Strong sense of responsibility, interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving ability, sound work logic, proactive attitude, and a certain level of work stability.
