Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support Sales Logistics Team, including Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, Transportation, and Customs Clearance
- Prepare and complete accurate and timely quotations for customers based on their logistics requirements
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention while identifying and pursuing opportunities for new business across all logistics services.
- Monitor and respond to emails and daily job requirements from both internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with various internal departments to support customer needs, solve problems, and implement solutions effectively
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Chinese or any related fields
- At least 1 years working experiences as Customer Service, Sales Coordinator, Business Development,
- Proficiency in Chinese (HSK4 or above)
- Good command in English
- Capable in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skill and negotiation skills, Target-oriented as well as Customer service oriented
