Project Coordinator (Overseas)

We're looking for a highlyorganized Project Coordinator to join our global team . You will drive coordination of project schedules, documentation, and testing activities ensuring efficient progress and milestone achievement.

Responsibilities:

  • Create & manage project schedules and evaluate project details and create project plans from order income to shipment.
  • Coordinate project schedules with key stakeholders, labs, including partner factories in China and internal teams in Hong Kong and Germany.
  • Coordinate with test labs and factories including quotation request, compare quotations, award projects to labs, monitor testing activities, and execute managers' decisions.
  • Review and clarify documentation, including test reports or QA related project documents ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor and document project progress, manage and archive files, distribute progress and important information, handle retests, maintain lists and create necessary documentation.
  • Handle stakeholders online portal updates and monitoring.
  • Identify and resolve any issues impacting project milestones.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator is a plus.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English. Chinese skills are an advantage.
  • Good ability for self-organization and able to work independently.
  • Very accurate and detail-oriented working style.
  • Familiar with demanding working atmosphere and global company background is a plus.
  • Good command in MS Office (Excel / Word / Outlook)
