As we expand, we're seeking a talented Accounting Officer to join our team. If you have a keen eye for detail and excel in managing accounts payable, processing payments, issuing QOs, and handling financial documents with precision, we want you on board. Help us keep our financial operations smooth and efficient while advancing your career with Vivaldi

Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payments and collections.
  • Data entry and processing of the General Ledger
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Responsible for petty cash funds and reports for reimbursement
  • Handling withholding tax, VAT (PND. 3, 53, 54, P.P. 30,36)
  • Other assigned tasks

Qualifications:

  • Candidates have full working rights for Thailand.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Detail-oriented and highly responsible
  • Ability to work as part of a team with a positive attitude
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Can communicate in Thai fluently
