หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities)

การตรวจสอบรายรับและเงินสด (Revenue & Cash Verification):

- ตรวจสอบรายงานยอดขายประจำวัน (Daily Sales Report) จากจุดขาย (COD) และเปรียบเทียบกับยอดเงินสดและช่องทางการชำระเงินอื่น ๆ

- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารประกอบการรับเงิน (Receipts, Tax Invoices) รวมถึงข้อมูลที่ได้รับจากบริษัทขนส่ง และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องกับรายการเดินบัญชีที่ได้รับจริงในแต่ละวันเพื่อยืนยันความถูกต้อง (Physical Count)

- จัดทำรายการกระทบยอด และรวบรวมรายการนำฝากเข้าบัญชีธนาคารของบริษัท (Bank Deposit) ให้ครบถ้วนและตรงเวลา

- จัดส่งรายงานให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในแต่ละสัปดาห์ตามรอบที่กำหนด

- บันทึกรายการรับ–จ่ายเงินลงในระบบบัญชีอย่างถูกต้องและทันเวลา

- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

การควบคุมและตรวจสอบ (Control & Audit):

- ตรวจสอบและรายงานผลต่างของเงินสด (Cash Shortage/Overage) พร้อมวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุและติดตามผลกับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- จัดทำรายงานและการกระทบยอด (Reporting & Reconciliation) ระหว่างบริษัทกับคู่ค้า และบริษัทขนส่ง

- จัดทำรายงานสรุปยอดเงินสดรับ–จ่ายประจำวัน/สัปดาห์/เดือน เพื่อนำเสนอผู้บริหาร

- จัดทำงบกระทบยอดเงินฝากธนาคาร (Bank Reconciliation) สำหรับรายการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเงินสดรับ

คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร (Qualifications)
  • ปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชีเท่านั้น
  • มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Accounting receiveable อย่างน้อย 2-5 ปี
  • มีความรู้ด้านบัญชี การเงิน หรือคณิตศาสตร์
  • มีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์ตัวเลข
  • มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ในระดับดี
  • มีทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาไทยที่ดี
  • สามารถประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  • หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ Logistic หรือ Supply Chain จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
