Key Responsibilities:

1.Financial Operations & Reporting

  • Manage finance operations for 4 legal entities (Crop Protection, Seeds, Regional Office, Dormant entity).
  • Oversee journal entries, payroll, HR accruals, cost allocations, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close.
  • Coordinate with Shared Service Center (India) for timely financial close.
  • Manage fixed assets, pension accounting, SAP HANA migration support, and year-end reporting including audits and tax filings.

2.Tax Reporting & Compliance

  • Manage internal group tax reporting and support CIT, VAT, and WHT filings.
  • Liaise with external tax advisors (EY), review filings, and follow up on regional tax matters.

3.Team Management & Collaboration

  • Lead a finance team of 3 in Thailand.
  • Coordinate with Shared Service Center, auditors (KPMG), tax advisors (EY), and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

4.Ad-Hoc Support

  • Provide finance-related troubleshooting, process improvements, and system upgrade support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in finance operations, reporting, and tax compliance.
  • Experience managing multi-entity financial operations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of IFRS, Thai GAAP, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Experience with SAP (SAP HANA preferred) or other ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; ability to coordinate with international teams
