Job Description

  • Verify and record sales transactions form various online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada , Tiktok , Facebook , LINE , Website, and others
  • Perform daily sales reconciliation by comparing platform sales with the accounting system, verify cash receipts, and update inventory accordingly.
  • Issue tax invoices and receipts for online customers.
  • Check the accuracy of customer payment transfers and record transactions in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to track product delivery status and handle product returns.
  • Prepare and organize accounting documents in accordance with the company's filing and accounting procedures.
  • Responsible for ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting field


•  At least 1-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in e-commerce or retail business.


• Basic knowledge of VAT and relevant tax regulations, especially regarding e-commerce


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (ERP systems)


• Strong interest or skills in technology, with the ability to leverage IT tools, automation, or basic AI applications (e.g., Power BI, Excel formulas/macros, ChatGPT, or other AI assistants) to improve work efficiency.


• Good communication and coordination skills, especially for working with cross-functional teams (e.g., warehouse, sales, and customer service)
