Responsibilities

  • Issue invoices into client in their system and responsible for Account Receivable (AR).
  • Open vendor code & client code.
  • Recheck documents from billing.
  • Perform AR clearing and make sure all bank, and AR should be the least.
  • Responsible about duty stamp for client invoice and submit to Revenue Department.
  • Investigate & follow up for long outstanding invoice.
  • Monitor Tax documents
  • Reconcile GL account codes related to Accounts Receivable.
  • Assist with month-end/year-end closing activities.
  • Support external audits by providing required documentation and clarifications.
  • Handle ad-hoc financial/accounting assignments.
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by the company

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting & finance, or a related field is generally required.
  • At least 2 years' experience in an accounting field.
  • Understanding and comfortable with EXPRESS systems
  • Knowledge of Accounting & Tax knowledge especially output VAT
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communications and problem-solving skill
  • Energetic and entrepreneurial
  • High responsibility and self-motivated
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Good computer skills, Microsoft Office, Advance Excel
