Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 - 17:00 (Saturday Standby WFH)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing strategies across all distribution channels, including Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and Distributors. The primary goals are to increase sales, expand market share, build strong relationships with partners and customers, and efficiently manage products and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Plan and define promotional strategies , develop promotional plans and campaigns across all channels within the budget , define the price structure , and create Go-to-Market plans for New Product Development (NPD).
  • Market Insight: Analyze customer and market insights to identify new opportunities and trends for developing promotional strategies.
  • Visibility & POSM: Drive product visibility through Point of Sale Materials (POSM), achieve advantageous share of shelf, and manage product placement to gain a competitive edge.
  • Sales Support: Create support materials for the sales team, such as sales kits and sales talks.
  • Distributor & Event Management: Support promotional activities for Distributors. Manage and supervise the EVENT team to support marketing activities and expand product distribution.
  • Merchandiser Management: Manage and enhance the efficiency of Merchandisers to check and resolve on-site issues.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and stores across all sales channels. Regularly visit and communicate to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in the FMCG sector.
  • Channel Experience: Experience must cover both Traditional Trade and Modern Trade channels.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the FMCG market and the Customer Journey.
  • Skills & Personality: Strong Data Analysis Skills , Building Good Relationship Skills , Teamwork Skills , Rapid Problem Solving Skills , and Creativity. Must possess leadership qualities, be enthusiastic, easy to get along with, and highly responsible.
