Lead the Engineering & Maintenance function for production and packaging lines to maximize machine availability, reliability, and safety.

ความรับผิดชอบ

  • Build and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies (PM/TPM), including spare-parts and shutdown plans.
  • Plan, supervise, and deliver engineering projects (installation, upgrade, overhaul) on time and within budget.
  • Monitor performance and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for breakdowns and chronic losses.
  • Own key KPIs (e.g., Machine Availability, Breakdown Time, Loss & Efficiency, Schedule Adherence, Budget Variance, CAR closure).
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards; champion continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Manage annual budgeting and cost control for maintenance and engineering activities.
  • Develop team capability through coaching, training plans, and quality initiatives (e.g., QCC).
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Production, Central Engineering, contractors, and relevant government agencies.
  • Prepare and present operational reports and project updates to leadership.

คุณสมบัติ

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation/Controls, Mechatronics, Computer/ICT, Environmental, Chemical) or related field.
  • 15+ years' maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment; strong exposure to packaging/filling lines preferred.
  • Proven leadership at section/department level (e.g., ≥5 years as Assistant Department Manager or ≥9 years as Section Manager) managing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Deep knowledge of production/packaging machinery, maintenance systems (PM/TPM), quality & safety standards, and relevant regulations; basic financial & budgeting literacy.
  • Strong project management, planning, and contractor/vendor management skills.
  • Proficient with ERP systems and MS Office.
  • Effective communication in English (spoken and written).
  • Competencies: strategic thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, collaboration, and conflict management.
