Branch Manager

Job Description:

• Identify and approach potential new agents, presenting sales proposals to achieve assigned targets.

• Lead and motivate the team to accomplish organizational goals.

• Execute marketing activities in line with company standards.

• Maintain accurate records of prospects in the database and prepare regular sales and marketing reports.

• Contribute to planning and organizing marketing events and worksite activities to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.

• Provide training and support to agency partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in insurance marketing (motor or non-motor) or agency management is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Service-oriented, with strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and skilled in networking.

• Able to work effectively under pressure.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong leadership capabilities.

• English communication skills are an advantage.
