Responsibilities:


•Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the shopping mall's objectives.


•Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and sales promotion.


•Plan and execute promotional events, sales, and campaigns to drive foot traffic offline online.

•Ensure consistent branding across all channels and communications.

•Cultivate positive relationships with media outlets and influencers.


•Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the shopping mall's brand image.

•Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.


•Work closely with leasing, operations, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications:


•Bachelor's degree Marketing, Tourism Management or other related fields


•Minimum 5 years of related corporate marketing & event marketing experiences from retail industry

•Strong understanding of branding & digital marketing trends and tools.

•Good interpersonal and positive thinking, self – motivated, team player and ability to meet strict and aggressive deadlines.


•Strong communications and negotiation skills to build and maintain business partnerships
