About the role

Are you an experienced HR professional with a talent for recruitment and payroll management? We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Recruit&Payroll to join our team at L.V.S. Business Group in Chonburi. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process and overseeing the company's payroll operations, playing a crucial part in supporting our growing business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and making job offers
  2. Manage the company's payroll system, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payments and deductions
  3. Maintain employee records and documentation, including monitoring leave, attendance, and other HR-related data
  4. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related inquiries and policies
  5. Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement strategies for talent acquisition and retention
  6. Stay up-to-date with labour laws, regulations, and best practices in HR and payroll management

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR Recruit&Payroll role, preferably within the business services industry
  2. Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels
  4. Proficient in using HR and payroll software, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  6. Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
