Talaypu Natural Products was founded in 2015 to acquire and operate the brand Khaokho Talaypu. Backed by high-net-worth private investors and led by two Harvard Business School alumni, TNP has successfully grown Khaokho Talaypu 8x into Thailand's #1 Herbal Shampoo brand (AC Nielsen). In 2022, TNP completed the acquisition of Kindee Kids, Thailand's #1 Mosquito Repellent for kids and launched Khaokho Selection, a greenfield project targeting packaged food categories such as Honey and Jam.
Going forward, TNP's owners aim to quadruple the size of the company and list on the SET by growing the brand portfolio to cover several attractive Thai Consumer niches with 'Thai Natural' brands. As such, we are recruiting in several marketing positions
Key Responsibilities
KOL Strategy & Planning
Develop KOL and influencer strategies aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
Identify suitable KOL tiers (Mega, Macro, Micro, Nano, KOC) for each campaign.
Manage influencer marketing budget and ensure cost efficiency.
Influencer Sourcing & Negotiation
Research, evaluate, and recruit KOLs that fit brand image and target audience.
Negotiate fees, deliverables, and campaign timelines.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and agencies.
KOL Database & Rate Card Library Management
Collect and update contact details, rate cards, and performance data of all KOLs.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date KOL Library that includes creator profiles, past collaboration results, engagement metrics, and content examples.
Classify KOLs by tier, platform, and content style to support quick selection for future campaigns.
Track historical collaboration costs and performance for data-driven decision making.
Campaign Management
Create detailed campaign briefs and coordinate with internal teams (Brand, Content, Graphic).
Monitor posting timelines, verify content accuracy, and ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines.
Summarize key highlights and ensure deliverables meet KPIs.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, conversion, and GMV.
Use tools like Kalo Data, Meta Insights, and TikTok Creator Center for evaluation.
Present post-campaign reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Always-on & Trend Monitoring
Identify rising creators, viral trends, and new opportunities for collaboration.
Recommend innovative formats (live selling, duet, storytelling reviews, etc.).
Stay updated on social media algorithms and influencer marketing best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in KOL, influencer, or social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of Thai influencer ecosystem and platform dynamics.

- Proficient in tools such as Kalo Data, Excel/Google Sheets, and social analytics dashboards.
