Role Summary:
This role is responsible for identifying and managing KOL projects for TikTok Live Streaming. You will recruit, negotiate, and collaborate with KOLs to drive successful livestream campaigns, manage budgets, and lead projects to achieve sales and engagement goals.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily live streaming schedules, product selections, and performance targets for creators.
Coach creators on live hosting, sales tactics, and content optimization to boost engagement and conversion.
Recruit, onboard, and manage influencers/creators with strong sales potential.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and agencies; monitor and analyze their performance.
Plan and execute livestream campaigns aligned with brand promotions and TikTok events.
Coordinate between brands, creators, and platform teams to ensure smooth execution and achieve GMV targets.
Monitor real-time performance metrics (e.g., GMV, views, engagement, conversion, ROI).
Conduct post-live reviews and provide data-driven insights for improvement.
Collaborate with product and brand teams to develop effective product and content strategies.
Match suitable products with creators and tailor content plans to maximize sales performance.Stay updated on TikTok platform policies, trends, and new features.
- Utilize platform tools such as Affiliate Programs, Open Plan, and Creator Campaigns to enhance reach and sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 year of experience in KOL Specialist, Influencer Marketing, KOL Hunting, KOL Specialist (experience in MCN or brand side preferred).
- Strong understanding of the TikTok live commerce ecosystem and creator operations.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills; able to optimize performance using data.
- Strong communication and project management skills; able to manage multiple creators simultaneously.
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to work under pressure. Proven track record in managing successful live campaigns is a plus.
