Job Description

We are looking for a Influencer Specialist to drive our influencer marketing efforts from end to end. You will be responsible for sourcing and managing influencers across categories, planning and pitching proposals to clients, overseeing campaign execution, and ensuring financial accuracy in reporting and budget management. In this role, you will also manage and mentor a team, work closely with clients and internal departments, and stay ahead of digital and influencer trends to deliver impactful results.


Key Responsibilities
  • Source, evaluate, and manage influencers/KOLs for campaigns
  • Plan, prepare, and pitch influencer proposals to clients
  • Oversee campaign execution, negotiation, and deliverables
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, prepare reports for clients and finance team
  • Manage budgets and ensure proper accounting/finance approvals
  • Lead and coach the influencer team, fostering collaboration and growth

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing
  • Strong knowledge of influencer ecosystem, digital marketing KPIs, and performance reporting
  • Experience working with accounting/finance processes (budget tracking, invoicing, approvals)
  • Excellent client presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Leadership ability with proven team management experience
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and up to date with influencer and digital trends
