Job Responsibilities

  • Develop KOL / Influencer Marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals.
  • Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with KOLs / Influencers across all tiers (Nano to Macro / Celebrities).
  • Manage the end-to-end KOL workflow, including briefing, negotiation, contracting, content approval, and reporting.
  • Control and optimize the KOL budget to achieve maximum efficiency (Cost per Result, ROI).
  • Analyze the performance of KOL campaigns (reach, engagement, conversion, etc.) and summarize insights for future campaign improvement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Content, Media, PR) and external agencies or suppliers.
  • Continuously monitor social media trends, influencer trends, and emerging platforms.

Qualifications

  • Aged 26–35 years.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (degrees in Marketing, Communication Arts, or Public Relations will be an advantage).
  • Strong networking with KOLs / Influencers, celebrities, channels, and talent agencies.
  • At least 4 years of experience in sourcing, coordinating, and managing KOL, Influencer, and Celebrity review campaigns.
  • Good understanding of audience behavior across different platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation, budget management, and data analysis skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media content creation (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Able to interpret data and performance reports effectively.
  • Experience in the beauty industry, aesthetic clinics, or related businesses is preferred.
