Key Responsibilities
• Identify and engage clients to use the company's platform for their employees.
• Clearly explain our products and services to clients, ensuring they understand the full range of offering.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Conduct regular client reviews to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Build long-term relationships that drive client retention and satisfaction.
• Execute company plans and contribute to the company's growth by helping to build its business.
• Provide training and support to corporate clients on how to maximize the platform's value.
• Gather client feedback to support product enhancements and new feature development.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to refine client engagement strategies.
• Marketing of company's products and services – cross selling approach.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experiences in Sales or a similar industry.
• Prior experience dealing with financial type or Fintech products is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Possess own transport, must be willing to travel regionally.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in both Thai and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
