Reporting to: VP of Marketing & Sales Division Manager (Pet Food & Pet Care Products)
Working Days: Work 6 days a week with flexible days off 2 Saturdays per month.
Summary
The Marketing & Brand Division Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies, including establishing brand communication guidelines for both internal and external stakeholders. This role involves analyzing market data to support new product development, improve existing products, and guide strategic decision-making. It also includes evaluating and monitoring marketing activities to enhance brand acceptance and overall market positioning. Additionally, the manager oversees marketing budget planning and control to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, while working closely with the Sales team to achieve overall sales targets and drive business performance.

- Feed Additive: Zentinel (ผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารเสริม)
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Organizational Development
- Lead and execute organizational strategies aligned with short-term and long-term business goals to support sustainable growth.
- Drive new business, new products, new market, and new technology initiatives to create revenue opportunities and strengthen competitiveness.
- Improve business processes to increase productivity, reduce operational losses, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop a high-performance team through structured delegation, capability development, coaching, mentoring, and continuous learning.
- Strengthen leadership capability, support succession planning, and foster a collaborative, improvement-driven work culture.
2. Planning, Organizing & Control
- Lead annual and multi-year planning and budgeting to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage organizational structure, manpower planning, and people development to enhance agility and operational effectiveness.
- Monitor performance (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly) using KPI-based evaluations and drive timely corrective actions.
3. Brand, Marketing & Trade Management
- Develop brand strategies, pricing frameworks, communication plans, and channel-specific marketing programs to grow market share.
- Oversee marketing communications, including messaging, media planning, agency management, and evaluation of brand awareness and message effectiveness.
- Lead market research by defining objectives, reviewing methodologies, validating results, and applying insights for strategic decisions and product improvements.
- Direct new product development through market analysis, feasibility evaluation, cross-functional coordination, and timeline management to ensure successful launches.
- Manage marketing activities including campaign planning, supplier selection, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement of promotional programs.
- Oversee marketing budgets to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with approved plans.
4. Team Alignment & Operational Agility
- Coordinate field activities, customer visits, and channel-specific initiatives to optimize sales performance.
- Adjust plans and operations in response to market and industry changes to mitigate risks and capture emerging opportunities.
- Develop team capabilities to support future business expansion and ensure alignment with strategic direction.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Animal Science, Food Science, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, sales, or trade marketing functions.
- Experience in the Pet Care or Pet Food industry is highly preferred.
Skill and Knowledge:
Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of consumer product markets, particularly FMCG or Pet Care categories.
- Experience working with key customers, distributors, and buyers in the Pet Care business.
- Ability to plan and execute trade marketing, brand activation, and promotional activities across channels.
Managerial skills:
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams toward achieving business targets.
- Strong planning, organizing, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and cross-functional projects effectively.
- Skill in performance monitoring, KPI management, and continuous improvement.
Communication skills:
Good command of English (both spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong presentation and influencing skills across organizational levels.
- Effective negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term business relationships.
Other:
Hands-on experience in Pet Care or Pet Food is an advantage.
- Creative, proactive, and able to propose new ideas to enhance market visibility and sales performance.
