Marketing & Sales Division Manager (Export & OEM Pet Food & Pet Care Products)

Reporting to: VP of Marketing & Sales Division Manager (Pet Food & Pet Care Products)
Working Days: Work 6 days a week with flexible days off 2 Saturdays per month.
Summary
Responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing total sales contribution, and improving net profit from international markets. This role leads the expansion of the company's branded products into new global markets while strengthening the brand's international presence. Ensures that the company's products are recognized and trusted worldwide for their quality and global manufacturing standards.

- Dry Pet Food: MyPal and Greatness (อาหารสำเร็จรูปชนิดเม็ด)
- Pet Treat & Snack: DUO (ขนมสัตว์เลี้ยง)
- Pet Care Product: Xora (ทรายแมว)
- Feed Additive: Zentinel (ผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารเสริม)
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Strategic Growth
- Lead and participate in new business initiatives, including new projects, product development, market expansion, and new technologies to support sustainable organizational growth.
- Support the development and enhancement of business systems and operational processes to improve productivity and reduce losses.
- Build a high-performing team by developing team capabilities and encouraging participation in key business initiatives.
- Develop employees to become effective leaders, managers, and collaborative contributors to the organization.
2. Managerial
- Participate in annual and multi-year planning and budgeting processes to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with SVP, VP, and EVP on organizational structure, workforce planning, and employee development frameworks.
- Monitor, direct, and evaluate team performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis using KPI and performance management tools.
- Support recognition and total reward activities to promote motivation and performance excellence.
- Establish and maintain standard work tracking systems to ensure consistent execution within the division.
3. Functional (Export & OEM – Marketing & Sales)
- Drive revenue growth and profitability for Export and OEM channels across assigned markets.
- Develop and execute international market expansion strategies to increase brand presence and overall sales contribution.
- Manage and grow OEM clients by overseeing product development, pricing, negotiation, customer communication, and long-term partnership building.
- Oversee export operations, including documentation, shipment coordination, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with logistics and supply chain teams.
- Lead demand forecasting and coordinate closely with production, planning, and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of products.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Marketing & Sales Export/OEM team to achieve business targets and strengthen global market competitiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Animal Science, Food Science, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in OEM sales and export sales.
- At least 3 years of experience in the pet food industry.
- Proven track record in international market development and key account management for pet food products.
- Experience in the Asia-Pacific, Japan, and Middle East markets is an advantage.
Skill and Knowledge:
Technical Expertise:
- Strong capability in sales, business development, and international marketing strategy.
- Solid understanding of the global pet food market.
- Knowledge of export regulations, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations related to export business.
- Experience in managing international customers, OEM clients, and long-term commercial partnerships.
- Knowledge of export documents and permits such as DLD Export Permit, Certificate of Origin, Health Certificate, Product Registration, and regulatory requirements for destination countries (EU/US/China/ASEAN).
Managerial skills:
Strong customer management and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple global markets effectively.
- Communication skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
