Summary

The Vice President – Marketing & Sales (Pet Care) is responsible for leading the overall commercial strategy for the Pet Care business, covering marketing, brand management, and multi-channel sales operations (Trade Traditional & Modern Trade). This role drives sustainable revenue growth, strengthens brand equity, expands distribution channels, and ensures effective execution across all marketing and sales functions. The position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, business development capability, and close collaboration with R&D and Production to deliver competitive products aligned with consumer needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Commercial Management

  • Define business direction, sales targets, and commercial strategies.
  • Align commercial plans with corporate objectives to drive sustainable growth and market share expansion.

2. Product Portfolio & Innovation

  • Collaborate with R&D on new product development.
  • Drive portfolio innovation to increase competitiveness and revenue growth.

3. Channel & Customer Development

  • Develop and expand Trade Traditional and Modern Trade distribution channels.
  • Strengthen customer/partner relationships to maximize sales opportunities and satisfaction.

4. Brand & Marketing Management

  • Oversee brand strategy, communication planning, and marketing initiatives.
  • Build strong brand equity and market presence.

5. Budget & Performance Optimization

  • Plan and control annual commercial budgets.
  • Ensure spending efficiency, cost-control discipline, and positive ROI.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.

6. Team Leadership & Capability Development

  • Set team structure, roles, and KPIs for marketing and sales teams.
  • Coach, develop, and monitor performance to ensure strong execution and target achievement.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administrations, Marketing or related fields.

  • Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years in senior management roles.

  • Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in Pet Care.

  • Skill and Knowledge:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of marketing, sales, brand management, and commercial strategy.

  • Managerial skills: Strategic planning, decision-making, and analytical skills. Leadership and team management capabilities. Ability to drive business growth and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Communication skills: Good command of English (both spoken and written).
  • Other: Hands-on experience and understanding of Pet Care business. Experience collaborating with R&D for new product development.
