Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and creative E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance the company's online presence across e-commerce platforms and digital marketing channels.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the cosmetics industry and possess a track record of driving growth in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, particularly with TikTok , Shopee, Lazada and Konvy store.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Management:

  • Oversee and manage the company's e-commerce platforms, specifically TikTok Shopee and Lazada.
  • Ensure product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for search visibility on these platforms.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with warehouses, and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Plan and execute seasonal promotions, flash sales, and product launches, tailored for Shopee and Lazada.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth in e-commerce channels.

Digital Marketing:

  • Plan, create, and manage targeted ad campaigns on Shopee Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and TikTok Ads to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Develop a digital media plan that aligns with brand objectives across paid, owned, earned, and partner media strategies.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content for ads, product launches, and social media campaigns.
  • Work with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and partners to amplify brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor and adjust campaign performance using analytics tools such as Shopee Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

Content Creation & Optimization:

  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually compelling marketing assets using tools like Canva and Photoshop.
  • Develop marketing content for promotions, campaigns, and collaborations, ensuring alignment with the brand's identity.
  • Create engaging product and brand storytelling content to attract new and returning customers.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports covering sales, stock levels, campaign metrics, and ROI.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Implement A/B testing for campaign optimization and recommend actionable insights based on results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce management, or a similar role, with a strong focus on TikTok, Shopee and Lazada platforms.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Shopee Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
  • Skilled in creating visual content using tools like Canva and Photoshop.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal); knowledge of other languages (e.g., Chinese) is a plus.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry is highly advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing trends.
  • Demonstrated success in growing e-commerce channels and implementing creative marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and customer segmentation.
