Job Descriptions:

  • Record and review journal entries for month-end and year-end closing
  • Prepare and maintain Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow statements
  • Perform account reconciliation (bank, AP/AR, prepaid, accrual, inventory, fixed assets)
  • Calculate depreciation, accruals, provisions, and related adjustments
  • Maintain Fixed Asset Register and support IFRS/TFRS compliance
  • Coordinate with AP, AR, Payroll, Costing, and other departments for closing schedules
  • Prepare supporting documents for external/internal audit
  • Prepare and review documents related to E-Tax / Electronic Tax Invoice
  • Assist in tax information preparation (VAT, WHT, CIT)
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights for management review
  • Improve accounting processes and support system automation
  • Ensure all accounting records comply with Thai GAAP / TFRS and local tax regulations

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting all related
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in general ledger / financial accounting
  • Strong knowledge of Thai GAAP / TFRS and basic tax concepts
  • Experience in month-end closing & reconciliation
  • Proficient in Excel (Pivot, Vlookup, SUMIF, basic formulas)
  • Experience with ERP systems (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NAV, Express, Xero, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Experience in Audit (Big4 / Internal Audit / External Audit) will be considered as a strong advantage
  • Experience in handling E-Tax / e-Tax Invoice / e-Receipt
  • Experience in IFRS16 / Fixed Asset / Tax Reconciliation
  • Understanding of internal controls and accounting process improvements
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
