SkillLane is seeking a proactive Performance Marketer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting marketing strategies and executing full-funnel campaigns — from running paid media ads to creating engaging content and tracking performance. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support Marketing Strategy & Execution :

Collaborate with the marketing team to support the development and execution of strategies aimed at increasing awareness and enrollment for SkillLane's Online Degree programs.

  • Assist in Lead Generation & Performance Marketing :

Coordinate with the Media Planner team to help monitor and support paid media campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads to generate high-quality leads.

  • Content Support & Asset Coordination : Work closely with the Content team to create and manage marketing materials such as social media posts, email campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Campaign Performance Tracking :Help track marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports to assist the team in optimizing campaign results.
  • Collaboration with Creative & Design Teams : Work with graphic designers and creative teams to ensure marketing materials are visually compelling and aligned with brand objectives.
  • CRM & Marketing Automation Support :Assist in managing lead nurturing workflows using CRM tools and basic marketing automation platforms.
  • Market Research & Competitor Monitoring : Conduct basic research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitors to support marketing strategy improvements.
  • Internal & External Coordination :Support communications and coordination with internal teams, instructors, university partners, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role
  • Basic understanding of paid media platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads,

or other performance marketing tools

  • Good analytical skills and the ability to track, measure, and interpret marketing KPIs
  • Experience working with or supporting content creation and coordination of marketing assets
  • Team player with good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
