Responsibilities:

  • Manage and operate all online sales channels (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and company website) to achieve sales targets.
  • Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, pricing strategies, and live streaming activities to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor and optimize sales, ads performance, product listings, and platform analytics.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, accounting, and finance to ensure smooth operations and accurate stock allocation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and platform account managers to enhance store visibility and campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in E-Commerce, preferably with hands-on experience in managing multiple online platforms.
  • Strong understanding of online sales mechanics, marketplace algorithms, and promotional tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong skills in analytics tools (e.g., platform dashboards, Google Analytics, Excel).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
