Job Descriptions:

1. Japanese Consumer Behavior

• Understand Japanese consumer preferences, trends, and purchasing habits.
• Analyze the competitive landscape within the Chinese/Japanese market, identifying key players, their strategies
• Gain a deep understanding of Japanese culture, values, and social norms to tailor marketing messages effectively.

2. Digital Marketing Strategy

• Develop and implement strategies for social media platforms.
• Optimize content for Japanese search engines.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Japanese platform.
• Create and curate engaging content (e.g., articles, videos, infographics) that resonates with the Japanese audience.
• Collaborate with Japanese influencers to reach a wider audience and build brand credibility.

3. Localization and Translation

• Ensure all marketing materials are accurately translated and culturally adapted to resonate with the Japanese audience.
• Develop a localization strategy that considers language, cultural nuances, and regional differences within Japan.

4. Cross-Border E-commerce

• Manage online stores on e-commerce platforms.
• Oversee cross-border logistics and fulfillment processes to ensure a seamless customer experience.

5. Performance Tracking and Optimization

• Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Use data insights to continuously optimize marketing strategies and improve results.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field

• 1-3 years of experiences in marketing and communications (Have experience in Beauty, Cosmetic, Skincare or relevant business is plus)

• Experienced in Japanese platform is plus

• Experienced in creating and managing content in social media and other community channels

• Experienced in managing online campaign (end to end)

• Experienced in planning and executing events and workshops

• Strong communication & presentation skills (If can speak Japanese will be plus)

• Good command in MS Office, PowerPoint, Google Sheet, Canva
