About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team at Aromatech Flavours Co., Ltd. in Samut Prakan. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's talent strategy and driving the implementation of HR best practices. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures and systems to support the company's business objectives
  2. Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
  3. Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
  4. Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic HR support
  5. Implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain and develop top talent
  6. Analyse HR metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and drive organisational change
  7. Promote a positive, inclusive and engaging work culture that aligns with the company's values
  8. CSR Strategy Management, implement the CSR strategy, monitor annual commitments and ensure continuous improvement of CSR ratings

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR management role, preferably in the manufacturing or food industry
  2. Strong understanding of Thai labour laws and HR best practices
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
  4. Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
  5. Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing HR teams
  6. Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with the company's business goals
  7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
