HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist, you will be leading and managing the full spectrum of HR functions across the organization. This includes talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, training & development, HR compliance, and strategic workforce planning.
- Supervise and manage the Human Resources/Administration and Labor Relations/Welfare departments to ensure effective operations.
- Ensure all responsible units operate in accordance with company policies, procedures, and work instructions, and comply with IATF 16949, ISO 14001 standards, and internal regulations.
- Report and coordinate with supervisors and relevant internal and external departments to achieve planned objectives efficiently.
- Oversee the procurement and implementation of equipment and new technologies to enhance workplace safety and operational capabilities.
- Develop and mentor subordinates to enhance their competencies and foster motivation and engagement.
- Lead and participate in special projects and activities such as: Quality Management System initiatives, Environmental Management System programs, Energy Conservation projects, Safety campaigns, 5S activities and other corporate or departmental initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Psychology, or other related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, including HR leadership/team leader role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and HR-related systems.
- Strong knowledge of Labor Law, Employee Retention, Recruitment and coaching people.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to plan, monitor, and coordinate effectively across departments.
- Experience in relevant areas such as QC Tools, Kaizen, 5S, Safety Officer (Management Level), IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and Energy Management.
- Experience in Automotive Manufacturing Industry is preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site at MAHLE Siam Filter Systems Co., Ltd. – Kingkaew 33, Samut Prakan.
