Your main role is to:

  1. Act as the main point of contact for all union-related matters and negotiations.
  2. Collaborate with union leaders to address concerns, disputes, and grievances.
  3. Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
  4. Interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements to HR policies and practices.
  5. Work closely with Leadership team to develop and update policies that align with both legal   requirements and union agreements.
  6. Provide guidance on HR policies to ensure consistency and fairness in unionized environments.
  7. Participate in collective bargaining negotiations and contract renewals.
  8. Advise on strategies to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining positive labor relations.
  9. Maintain accurate records of union activities, negotiations, and agreements.
  10. Ensure proper documentation of all HR compliance efforts.
  11. Manage and resolve disputes between management and union representatives.
  12. Investigate and address employee grievances in collaboration with legal counsel.
  13. Develop and implement HR Compliance policies and procedures in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  14. Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
  15. Investigate and address employee complaints or concerns related to HR Compliance.
  16. Worked with HQ Compliance Team (Taiwan) to aligned rules and regulation with Thai Labor Law.

Who are we looking for?

  1. Bachelor Degree OR Master Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relation, Psychology or any other related field.
  2. A minimum 10 years' experience in Plant HR management Field
  3. Minimum 4-5 years' experience in Union Management fields, Expertise in Collective Bargain and negotiation
  4. *In-Depth knowledge of Labor Laws, Collective Bargain Agreement.
  5. Strong Personality with Tough Attitude.
