Job Description

1.กำกับดูแลงานฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลทั้งระบบ ทั้ง HRM,HRD,HROD

2.วิเคราะห์ วางแผนกำลังคนให้สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์และเป้าหมายของบริษัท

3.วางกลยุทธ์ระบบสรรหาบุคลากรให้มีประสิทธิภาพเหมาะสมกับตำแหน่งและวัฒนธรรมขององค์กร

4.กำหนดกลยุทธ์ในระบบบริหารจัดการงาน HR ประเมินผล บริหารค่าตอบแทนและสวัสดิการให้เหมาะสม สามารถรักษาบุคลากรและสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายของบริษัท

5.วางแผนและพัฒนาปรับปรุง กำหนดเครื่องมือในการพัฒนาบุคคลากรให้สอดคล้องกับแผนดำเนินธุรกิจ

6.นำเสนอโครงการและวิธีการสร้างวัฒนธรรมขององค์กรเพื่อเสริมสร้างผลลัพธ์ที่ดีแก่องค์กร

7.พัฒนาระบบข้อมูลสารสนเทศน์ด้านการบริหารบุคคล

8.บริหารควบคุมกฎระเบียบข้อบังคับในการทำงาน แก้ไขข้อพิพาทและปัญหาแรงงานภายในองค์กร

9.ให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำต่อหน่วยงานต่างๆในเรื่องที่เกี่ยวกับข้อกฎหมายแรงงานการบริหารแรงงานและพัฒนาบุคคล

10.ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualifications

  1. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี-ปริญญาโท สาขาการจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์, รัฐศาสตร์,กฎหมาย,เศรษฐศาสตร์
  2. มีประสบการณ์ตำแหน่งผู้บริหารฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลภายในโรงงาน 5 ปี ขึ้นไป
  3. มีความรู้เรื่องกฎหมายคุ้มครองแรงงาน,กฎหมายแรงงานสัมพันธ์เป็นอย่างดี
  4. มีความเป็นผู้นำ บุคลิกดี,มีวินัย,มีไหวพริบดี สามารถโน้มน้าวผลักดันทีม
  5. มีความสามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้เป็นอย่างดีและมีทักษะการใช้เครื่องมือบริหารบุคคล เช่น KPI,Competency,Performance mamagement,Career path,Successtion Plan.
