  • Inventory Management:

  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions.

  • Warehouse Operations:

  • Organize and optimize warehouse layout to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of materials.

  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for receiving, storage, and distribution activities.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff on proper handling, storage, and packaging techniques.
  • Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.

  • Material Handling and Quality Control:

  • Inspect incoming materials for quality, quantity, and compliance with specifications.

  • Ensure materials are properly labeled, packaged, and stored to prevent damage or deterioration.
  • Implement quality control procedures to identify and address non-conforming materials.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to resolve quality issues and process returns or exchanges as necessary.

  • Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to inventory, receipts, shipments, and other warehouse activities.

  • Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and operational metrics.
  • Analyze data and identify trends or areas for improvement to optimize warehouse operations.
